The Doux, a black-owned brand is launching at Cosmo Prof stores. Now the brand’s science-backed formulas are available to stylists at professional pricing. 

The Doux is the only textured haircare brand the retailer carries that was co-founded by an experienced textured hairstylist, Maya Smith. Its products address the need for professional products created for textured hair that also reduce styling time.

Smith, known as a top curl expert, says, “I developed The Doux to solve stylist problems on saving time, simplifying routines, and prioritizing client’s hair health…this partnership with Cosmo Prof is meant to empower hairstylists to elevate their artistry on textured hair clients, no matter their experience level.”

The Doux products deliver innovative solutions catering to all curl types. The best-selling Mousse Def Texture Foam is formulated with a built-in leave-in conditioner. 

Next, the brand plans to package its CrazySexyCurl Honey Setting Foam in convenient liter sizes, catering to the demands of salon professionals and their clients.
